Supervisor

Due to our continued growth, ADD is looking for an experienced individual to manage and provide daily leadership of a group home or assisted living sites. Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in social services or a related field or have equivalent experience working with individuals with MR/DD. The ability to coordinate a variety of services including IP programming, healthcare support, facility management, staff supervision and direct care are also required. A valid Ohio Driver's license with less than eight points and the ability to work flexible hours needed.

Direct Care

A.D.D. is looking for experienced individuals to provide daily living services to individuals with MR/DD. Qualified candidates must have prior experience in a related field, stable job history, high school diploma or equivalency, and the ability to communicate clearly.

For this position, the following is also required:

√  Reliable Transportation
√  Auto Insurance
√  Driver's License with no more than 6 points
√  Job stability
√  Previous Nurse Aid/MRDD experience a plus
√  Ability in written and verbal communication
√  Ability to work well with others
